Job Summary: We are seeking a night-shift embroiderer to execute and support the industrial embroidery process, interpreting designs, operating machinery, and ensuring garment quality. Operation of computerized embroidery machinery We are a Medical Services Operator and Administrator in Mexico, dedicated to providing comprehensive medical care, pharmacy, optometry, and clinical laboratory services. We operate a network of over 100 branches, offering branded and generic medications, medical consultations, and specialized services at affordable prices. **We are seeking to hire an embroiderer for MEDICAL LIFE to work the NIGHT SHIFT**, executing and supporting the industrial embroidery process through accurate design interpretation, machinery operation, and quality control, ensuring timely delivery of embroidered garments meeting established standards while developing technical skills in this field. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Interpretation of technical specifications and manufacturing orders for proper preparation and organization of the embroidery process. 2\. Creation and digitization of embroidery designs using specialized software. 3\. Calculation of material consumption, costs, and preparation of industrial embroidery budgets, ensuring compliance with current commercial guidelines. 4\. Programming and operation of computerized embroidery machines, guaranteeing quality, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the process. 5\. Execution of embroidery processes on caps, uniforms, T-shirts, and medical pajamas (for doctors/dentists). 6\. Development of punch files (technical configuration of designs) for correct embroidery application. 7\. Execution of final finishing operations, ensuring quality of the finished product. 8\. Receipt, inspection, and control of garments received from suppliers. 9\. Organization and delivery of uniforms to regional supervisors and managers. 10\. Inventory control and tracking of embroidery supplies and materials. 11\. Basic preventive maintenance of embroidery machines to ensure proper functionality. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Techniques for supply management and rationing. * Personal safety and hygiene standards. * Production techniques in textile/embroidery processes. * Techniques for verification, inspection, and quality control. * Applicable safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations. * Quality standards in manufacturing processes. * Control and optimization of operational time. * Basic proficiency in embroidery design and digitization software. **EXPERIENCE:** 1–5 years of experience as an embroiderer, operating embroidery equipment, software, or similar. Familiarity with the operation of "TAJIMA SAI" embroidery machines. **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM; on Saturdays, departure is at 6:00 AM. Thirty-minute meal break.
