Technical Skills: Internal Trainer, Career and Succession Planning, 9-Box Grid, Management Systems, STPS Legal Compliance, Continuous Improvement, Intermediate PowerPoint and Excel, Canva. Responsibilities: The Development Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the development of talent for key positions and/or personnel within the Organization. Additionally, implements and evaluates compliance with development programs, ensuring coverage of the QMS, EMS, STPS compliance, and programs required by AFL.
