We are looking for: ***CIVIL WORKS SUPERVISOR (CONSTRUCTION)*** ============================================= **MISSION:** Efficiently coordinate and supervise field personnel and contractors, ensuring optimal material usage and contractual technical compliance to ensure profitable and formal successful closure of each civil works project. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * Monthly Gross Salary: $18,000–$20,000 (based on experience). * Timely Payments: Bi-weekly (on the 15th and last day of each month). * Statutory Benefits from Day One: IMSS, Infonavit, Vacation, Year-End Bonus (Aguinaldo), and Vacation Premium. * Stability and Future: Direct employment, career development plan, and additional contributions to your AFORE retirement account. * Training: Access to ongoing sector-specific certifications. * Out-of-Town Projects: Daily food allowance of $200 (approximately $4,800 extra per month). * Accommodation: Free, fully equipped campsite with transportation included. * Work Tools: Assigned utility vehicle, laptop computer, corporate mobile phone, and full personal protective equipment (PPE). **WHAT WE SEEK:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (official diploma required). * Minimum 4 years supervising civil works, developing construction schedules, and managing resources. * Solid knowledge of fiber-optic installation processes, road safety, and work along highway segments. * Expert driving skills for standard vehicles and valid driver’s license (driving test required). * Full availability for extended travel periods (9 months to 1 year) across Mexico (e.g., Sinaloa, Jalisco, Querétaro). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation of budgets for tenders, EFP contests, RFQs, etc. * Responsible for receiving purchase orders and technical annexes of contracts. * Analyze, evaluate, organize, and supervise internal staff and contractors. * Generate and validate progress estimates, generators, and photographic reports. * Review and request system entries/exits for materials. * Participate in reviewing reports submitted by each Project Manager regarding physical progress of each project. * Receive and safeguard project support documentation (estimates, generators, budgets, quotations, soil surveys, profiles, etc.). * Close each project with contractors to validate retention releases and material reconciliation. **Work Location:** Tlalnepantla Centro, State of Mexico **Working Hours:** Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–6:00 PM) and Saturdays (8:00 AM–2:00 PM). **Out-of-Town Availability:** Flexible schedule according to project requirements. *APPLY NOW!
