Requirements: * Completed high school, incomplete or completed bachelor's degree. * Flexible availability. * MANDATORY: Minimum 1 year of managerial experience in RETAIL businesses. * Must reside within the indicated area, no more than one hour away. * Applicants must be over 24 years of age. Responsibilities: * Branch opening and closing. * Cash reconciliations and cash register closures. * Customer service. * Product labeling, shelving, distribution, and sales. * Execution of sales strategies. * Staff management. * Inventory management. * Goods receipt. * Administrative tasks. * Staff recruitment, selection, and training. * Compliance with internal and external audits. * Management of managerial KPIs. * Conflict resolution.
