SALES ADVISOR – OPTICAL STORE **Location:** Mérida, Yucatán (Gran Plaza) We offer * Monthly net salary: **$9,450 MXN** * **Commissions of 2% to 5%** on monthly collections * Statutory benefits * **Biweekly** payment * Statutory benefits effective **immediately** * Probation period: **3 months** * Product training (no prior optical experience required) Schedule * Rotating shifts: * Morning shift: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * Afternoon shift: 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. * One day off per week (Saturday or Sunday) Responsibilities * Advise customers on selecting frames and models according to their needs. * Provide personalized service and follow-up. * Support the sales process and closing. * Maintain a customer-oriented service attitude. Requirements * Sales experience (optical experience not mandatory). * Basic Excel skills. * Passion for sales and customer service. * Proactive, responsible individual with a service-oriented attitude. * Prior optical sales experience is desirable.
