Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic sales promoter to display products, update prices, and maximize motorcycle sales while ensuring excellent service and customer prospecting. Key Highlights: 1. Extensive discounts and agreements for you and your family. **Job Objective** Promote our products on the sales floor, provide attentive service, and deliver excellence that exceeds customer expectations. **Main Responsibilities** * Responsible for updating product prices and promotions. * In charge of cleaning and displaying motorcycles. * Knowledgeable about products and current promotions, staying continuously updated. * Prepare quotations and invite customers to make credit purchases. * Maximize motorcycle sales. * Prospect new customers outside the point of sale (e.g., events and promotions). * Update the daily customer prospecting report. **Ideal Candidate Profile** **Experience: 1 year in sales and customer service.** **Skills:** Customer service, sales, customer prospecting, negotiation techniques, effective communication, identification of customer needs, persuasive ability, empathy, and teamwork. **Value Proposition** * Statutory benefits: IMSS, vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year, increasing with seniority. * Working conditions: Schedule from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, with one weekday off.
