TotalPlay, part of Grupo Salinas, is seeking a Right-of-Way Attorney to manage governmental and private permits for the installation and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure.

Join our team as a Right-of-Way Attorney
Carry out procedures to meet the requirements of various government agencies, private parties, and ejidos to obtain right-of-way permits and infrastructure installation permits for the deployment, occupancy, and maintenance of a telecommunications network.
**Responsibilities:**
Submission of right-of-way permit applications.
Review legal bases and make payments for rights and usage fees.
Submit payment requests to process checks or bank transfers and fulfill payment obligations.
Register and monitor assigned projects under supervisor guidance.
Review legal bases and make payments for rights and usage fees.
Manage right-of-way permits for the installation, occupancy, and maintenance of fiber-optic networks.
Monitor progress and track assigned projects.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Law.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Permit and License Coordinator.
Administrative litigation experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Permit and License Coordinator for Construction.
Knowledge of and ability to interpret construction blueprints.
Familiarity with procedures before CFE (Federal Electricity Commission), Urban Development, Transportation, and Roadway authorities.
Assertive communication skills.
Proactive attitude.
Administrative litigation experience.
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.

**Salary:** $23,000 gross monthly
**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM (flexible hours and willingness to travel)
