We are seeking an Optical Designer to join our team. The selected individual will be responsible for designing and developing optical systems, as well as performing analysis and simulations to ensure optimal product performance. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality, precision, and functionality of optical components within highly complex projects. **Responsibilities:** * Design optical systems using specialized software (e.g., Zemax, Code V, LightTools). * Perform optical simulations and analysis to validate designs. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for the integration of optical components into final products. * Create and maintain technical documentation related to optical designs and analyses. * Participate in design reviews and collaborate in resolving technical issues. * Provide technical support during prototyping and production phases. **Requirements:** **Requisitos:** * Degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Previous experience in optical design, preferably in the advanced technology industry. * Proficiency with optical design software such as Zemax, Code V, or LightTools. * Knowledge of optical simulation and performance analysis. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Intermediate English (B2) * Automotive lighting. * Light patterns. * Fundamentals of optical physics. **Benefits:** We offer * Base salary * Major Medical Expense Insurance (includes dental and vision plan) * 15 days bonus * 25% vacation bonus * 12 days of vacation (From the first year) * Social Security * PTU/Profit Sharing * Biweekly food vouchers
