A prominent logistics sector company is seeking a **Yard Administrator** to coordinate and ensure the proper administrative and supply operations of a yard focused on mechanical maintenance of vehicle units. **Main Responsibilities:** * Procurement management for spare parts, tools, and supplies * Requesting, analyzing, and tracking quotations * Preparing purchase requisitions and purchase orders * Tracking payment requests * Inventory control of spare parts, tools, and materials * Timely supply of maintenance materials for vehicle units * Preparing operational and administrative reports * Database control, updating, and administration * Monitoring yard performance indicators and document control **Requirements:** * Prior experience in yards, mechanical workshops, or maintenance departments * Knowledge of mechanical tools, spare parts, and supplies * Experience in procurement, requisitions, payments, and supplier interactions * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, databases, reporting, formulas, and controls) * Experience preparing and managing administrative reports * Flexible working hours * Personal vehicle preferred * Willingness to travel for purchasing spare parts and supplies **Key Competencies:** * Leadership and supervision of operational staff * Effective communication * Organization and follow-up * Supplier negotiation * Sense of urgency and problem-solving ability * Working under pressure If you have experience in yard operations, maintenance, and administration, apply through this channel.
