Job stability and professional growth International Technology and Digital Printing Services Company (Banzi) is seeking: **Service Engineer** **Requirements:** * Education: Mechatronics Engineering or Electronics and Control Engineering (intern or graduate) * Minimum 3–5 years of field service engineering experience (performing equipment maintenance at various clients’ facilities); experience with digital printing equipment is preferred. * Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and fluent spoken English) is mandatory. * Valid visa is mandatory. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of electronics and mechanics of industrial equipment/machines, electricity, control systems (automation); PLC programming knowledge is desirable; familiarity with servo motors, DC and AC motors, troubleshooting industrial machinery, on-site technical support, and excellent customer service and client-facing skills. * Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, rotary hammers, tape measures, soldering irons, and measuring instruments. * Willingness to travel across different locations in Nuevo León and surrounding areas (company vehicle provided). * Valid driver’s license. * Valid visa is mandatory. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Engineer performing installations, repairs, and maintenance of industrial equipment (familiarity with digital printing equipment is preferred). **Responsibilities:** * Installation and commissioning of industrial machinery (industrial digital printing equipment) * On-site client visits to resolve failures (servo motors, DC and AC motors) * Spare parts management (machine components) * Providing on-site client training on operation of installed equipment * Completion of service reports and monthly meetings with corporate headquarters in Japan (video calls in English) * Telephone and on-site technical support * Pre-installation site visits with clients to assess their requirements and needs * Full on-site machinery installation (electrical/electronic, mechanical, and PLC programming) **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $21,000 * All statutory benefits * Monthly bonus of $2,000 * Grocery vouchers worth $800 * Company utility vehicle * Opportunity for job stability and career growth within the company * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (in-person) * Work location: Monterrey and surrounding areas of Nuevo León.
