Regional Recruitment Leader – Jalisco Do you have experience leading talent acquisition processes and are seeking a new professional challenge? A major distribution sector company, currently undergoing expansion, is seeking a **Regional Recruitment Leader** for the Jalisco region. Position Profile * Completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience within retail, logistics, or distribution center companies. * Must be available for travel. * Extensive knowledge of operational and administrative personnel recruitment and selection. * Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment sources and strategies. * Experience administering and interpreting psychometric assessments. * Results-oriented with strong commitment to achieving staffing coverage targets. Key Responsibilities * Execute recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative vacancies. * Ensure timely and effective staffing coverage. * Post and monitor job vacancies across various media and platforms. * Compile and maintain personnel files. * Administer and interpret psychometric assessments. * Provide timely follow-up to candidates throughout the hiring process. * Develop talent acquisition strategies to ensure coverage of key positions.
