




Job Summary: Quality Engineer responsible for quality control and assurance, definition of standards, production supervision, and continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Customer quality support and complaint management **Quality Engineer** **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Administration, or related field. * 1 to 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer. * Knowledge of quality management systems, 8D, and FMEA * Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 * Intermediate\-Advanced English (able to hold conversations in English) * Familiarity with Core Tools quality methodologies (5 Whys, Ishikawa diagram) **Responsibilities** * Quality control and assurance * Support for internal and external customers * Definition of quality standards and inspection criteria * Supervision of quality throughout the production or development process * Ensuring products meet customer and company requirements * Management of defective products or failures * Identification of root causes and proposal of corrective actions * Improvement of production or development processes to increase performance * Promotion of continuous improvement * Conducting statistical analysis (SPC, trends) * Customer quality support * Management of customer complaints * Communication of quality issues and action plans * Definition of inspection standards * Tracking of anomalies on the production line · Training inspectors on understanding and handling the document control system, KPIs, calibration\/verification · Ensuring timely and proper sampling, data recording, and inspection of inspected material. · Training inspectors on identification, recording, documentation, handling, notification, and disposition of nonconforming material. * Participation, as responsible for the audited area and as auditor, in the internal audit program · Data analysis, dissemination, and leadership of the action plan to meet defined KPIs (Scrap, DPPM, FTQ) · Immediate notification and appropriate justification to SQE in case of supplier defects. · Promotion of quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies for problem resolution: Ishikawa, 8D, Pareto, 5W, DMAIC, etc. · Documentation of customer complaints and corresponding analysis\/customer response action plan. · Leadership of containment plans, as well as assignment of leader for analysis and corresponding action plan. · Ensuring implementation of inspection, reporting of qualification, and documentation for new products\/changes (PPAP) Employment Type: Full\-time Salary: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On\-site employment
