Develop and maintain supplier relationships. **ARQA is seeking a Purchasing Manager in Tlanepantla \- Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Purchasing Manager** ====================== A leading company in industrial projects and supplies is seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead procurement strategies, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Manage procurement and supply of goods and services. * Negotiate contracts, credit terms, and commercial conditions. * Develop and maintain supplier relationships. * Control budgets, costs, and margins. * Coordinate the procurement team and improve internal processes. * Ensure compliance with processes and delivery timelines. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or related field. * Advanced English proficiency. * Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial procurement, supply chain, and supplier negotiation. * Knowledge of EPC and MRO processes, imports, and industrial materials. * Experience managing budgets, costs, and inventories. * Willingness to travel. **We Offer** ------------- * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Performance-based bonus. * Statutory benefits. * Cafeteria support. * Punctuality and attendance bonus. * Life insurance.
