Summary: Seeking a bilingual Project Manager – Client Relations & Operations to manage client communication, project coordination, and operational support with strong organization and professionalism. Represent company professionally in client-facing and on-camera settings We are seeking a highly organized, bilingual **Project Manager – Client Relations \& Operations** to join our San Miguel de Allende office. This is a full\-time, in\-person role for a professional who can effectively manage client communication, lead follow\-up, proposal development, meetings, project coordination, and day\-to\-day operational support. The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, detail\-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts across complex projects. This person must be highly calendar\- and task\-focused, capable of maintaining strong follow\-through, and confident representing the company in both in\-person and digital settings. Comfort in front of the camera is also important. Primary Responsibilities * Manage client relationships with professionalism, responsiveness, and strong follow\-through * Track, organize, and respond to incoming leads in a timely manner * Support lead management across both in\-person and digital channels * Prepare, organize, and help develop proposals for prospective clients * Coordinate and participate in meetings with clients, team members, and partners, both in person and digitally * Help manage active projects by tracking progress, communication, deliverables, and next steps * Maintain calendars, schedules, and task coordination across complex projects * Support office operations and internal team coordination * Help ensure clear communication, organization, and accountability across multiple ongoing priorities * Represent the company professionally in client\-facing situations and occasional on\-camera appearances. Required Qualifications Complete fluency in both **English and Spanish**, written and spoken Highly organized and detail\-oriented, with strong calendar management and task coordination skills across complex projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with consistency and follow\-through Professional presence and confidence in client\-facing environments Comfortable in front of the camera * Must be able to work **in person** from our San Miguel de Allende office Preferred Background Experience in construction Background in architecture or engineering * Experience using digital sales, CRM, and communication platforms such as **Salesforce, HubSpot, Clientify, Slack, and Google Workspace** Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is someone who can operate at the intersection of client service, sales support, project coordination, and operations. They are exceptionally organized, reliable, and able to keep complex projects moving forward with strong communication and attention to detail. They should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and able to represent the company with professionalism and confidence.
