Procurement Manager, PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN IMPORTS, EXPORTS, TARIFFS, AND TAXES. * **Industry:** Metal-Mechanical Position Objective Ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective procurement of materials, supplies, and products through strategic domestic and international procurement management, thereby guaranteeing operational continuity, cost control, and on-time delivery compliance. Main Responsibilities * Manage and process domestic and international purchase orders * Negotiate with suppliers (pricing, lead times, commercial terms) * Track orders and ensure on-time delivery compliance * Analyze inventory requirements jointly with sales * Consolidate procurement requirements (especially imports) * Conduct price comparisons and supplier evaluations * Coordinate import processes (logistics, customs clearance, tracking) * Manage relationships with customs agencies and bonded warehouses * Ensure compliance with regulations (tariffs, taxes) * Rapidly resolve stock shortages to prevent lost sales * Optimize costs and lead times across the supply chain Profile Requirements Academic Background Bachelor’s degree in: * Business Administration * International Trade * Engineering (related field) Experience * Minimum **7 years in procurement** * Experience in: * Domestic and international procurement * Imports and exports * International trade * Customs agencies * Inventory management * Bonded warehouses Languages * **Full bilingual proficiency in English (mandatory)** Technical Knowledge * Taxes applicable to imports * Tariffs and international trade regulations * Cost structure * International logistics * Supplier evaluation and development Key Competencies * Effective negotiation * Planning and organization * Numerical and financial analysis * Results orientation * Sense of urgency * Problem solving * Initiative * Effective communication Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $40,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
