Analyze trends and propose data-driven improvements. **Job Description** We are seeking an analytical professional focused on generating, monitoring, and optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations. Responsible for transforming data into strategic information that drives decision-making and improves operational efficiency. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and monitor operational and strategic KPIs. * Generate reports and dashboards for decision-making (Excel / Power BI). * Analyze trends, deviations, and operational opportunities. * Ensure data quality, integrity, and timeliness within the platform. * Propose data-driven improvements to optimize processes and outcomes. * Collaborate with departments such as Operations, GPS, and Maintenance for information analysis. * Monitor key metrics and track achievement of operational objectives. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * Experience in data analysis and KPIs. * Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory: pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). * Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools (preferred). * Analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset.
