Position Summary: We are seeking a payroll analyst to manage personnel processes, reconciliations, payroll calculations, and incident tracking, providing support to employees. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages employee onboarding, offboarding, and reconciliations with IMSS and INFONAVIT. 2. Calculates and processes payroll while addressing employee inquiries. 3. Monitors attendance incidents and employer-employee contribution payments. **Job Description:** Functions and Responsibilities: \* Onboarding and offboarding of newly hired personnel with IMSS and INFONAVIT. \* Reconciliations of IDSE and SUA. \* Conducts payroll processing, pre-payroll preparation, calculation, employee support, and resolution of employee inquiries. Weekly process. \* Tracks attendance incidents (e.g., vacations, leaves of absence, disabilities). \* Distributes payroll receipts. \* Calculates, determines, and pays employer-employee contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT) and risk premium. \* Generates monthly and bimonthly payments to IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. \* Pays 3% of payroll. **Requirements**: \* Education: Bachelor’s degree or Technical degree in Accounting. \* Age: Over 23 years old. \* Gender: No preference. **Skills**: \* Organization. \* Analytical ability. \* Proactivity. \* Results-oriented. \* Effective communication. \* Teamwork. \* Stress tolerance.
