




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced human resources professional with expertise in payroll, recruitment, and personnel management to perform administrative and employee support functions. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end employee lifecycle management 2. Payroll and benefits administration 3. Onboarding and follow-up of operational staff Responsibilities: * Recruitment and hiring process * Receiving and reporting vacation requests, medical leaves, year-end bonuses (aguinaldo), severance payments (finiquitos), and other leave types. * Pre\-payroll processing * Monitoring Infonavit and Fonacot deductions, and handling loan application requests. * Attendance and incident control recordkeeping * Maintaining up-to-date records of employee promotions and granted benefits. * HR onboarding for newly hired staff. * Support for new employees. * Operational camp supervision, including on-site personnel management, utility and rental payments, and tracking of stays and related deliveries. * Personnel management.
