We seek a **strategic Human Resources operator** who can execute in the field, make decisions, and sustain real construction operations. If you understand that HR in construction is not desk-bound — it is **site work, operational personnel, compliance, and speed** — we want to talk to you. **Your Mission** To serve as the critical link between operations and talent, ensuring our projects have the right personnel, comply with labor laws, and operate without friction. **What You Will Do** * Lead HR processes on active engineering \& construction projects * Execute mass and strategic hiring (field \+ technical staff) * Monitor actual payroll incidents (overtime, attendance, turnover) * Manage IMSS, labor compliance, and critical documentation * Resolve issues in real time with operational personnel * Ensure order and control in high-pressure environments * Be directly embedded in operations (not just support) **What You Need** * HR experience (1–4 years), preferably in **construction / industry** * Practical knowledge (not just theoretical) of: * IMSS / IDSE / SUA * Federal Labor Law * Management of operational personnel * Ability to move quickly, make decisions, and execute * Mindset of **“solve, don’t escalate everything”** **What Sets You Apart** * You have worked with site personnel (contractors, crews, etc.) * You have handled real operational pressure * You understand HR is part of the business, not just support **What We Offer** * Direct exposure to real project operations * Accelerated growth (no slow hierarchies) * Competitive salary \+ professional development * Execution-oriented culture and high performance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $28,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
