




A private healthcare sector company, in a consolidation and growth stage, is seeking to integrate a **General Management Coordinator** into its team, who will be responsible for comprehensive follow-up of the organization’s strategic, operational, and administrative matters, working directly with General Management. Ensure timely follow-up on agreements, projects, and critical operational issues, facilitating coordination across departments and supporting General Management in executing and controlling daily operations. **Main responsibilities** * Follow up on agreements, commitments, and priorities defined by General Management. * Coordinate information and activities among the organization’s various departments. * Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, executive reports, and pending-item tracking. * Follow up on operational, administrative, and service-related matters. * Identify risks, delays, or deviations and escalate them promptly. * Serve as liaison between Management and key teams. * Support the organization of internal information, processes, and documentation. * Ensure adherence to agreed timelines and deliverables. **Required profile** **Education** * Completed bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Business Management, Engineering, or related field). **Experience** * Minimum 3 years in roles involving: * Administrative or operational coordination * Executive or managerial follow-up, or project follow-up * Experience in service-oriented companies or complex operational environments is desirable. **Key competencies** * High level of organization and follow-up capability * Clear and assertive communication * Handling of confidential information * Sense of urgency and sound judgment * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Responsibility and reliability Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
