Job Summary: Collections Analysts will focus on analyzing e-commerce operations, managing payment gateways, and optimizing processes to reduce errors and close open items. Key Responsibilities: 1. With over 78 years of global experience and 29 years in Mexico, we are leaders in specialized solutions for outsourcing human resources, operational, and administrative processes. ***Collections Analyst*** * **Location:** Mexico City. * **Work Model:** On-site. * **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. * Gross Monthly Salary: $33,000 MXN. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze the root cause of open items generated by e\-commerce operations and manage processes to resolve them. * Analyze the e\-commerce platform (Hybris) to reduce errors in interfaces with the ERP (NERP). * Administer the payment gateway portal. * Manage solutions to clear and close open items. * Administer BPO for eStore operations, personnel control, payroll, invoice validation, and tracking of new positions or replacements. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration. * 2 or more years of experience in administrative and/or support roles in eCommerce. * Experience in e-commerce (preferred). * Experience managing back-office operations for eCommerce platforms (Hybris, VTEX, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required). * Knowledge of SAP SD AR module. * Analytical ability. * Proactivity. * Intermediate English (B1\-B2\). **We Offer:** * 12 vacation days upon completion of the first year of employment. * 25% vacation bonus * Meal vouchers: $1,300 * Year-end bonus: 30 days * Life insurance: $120,000 **Kelly** is an equal opportunity employer.
