Coordination with various departments Ensure proper administration, organization, and safeguarding of company documentation, guaranteeing compliance with internal and external standards, as well as the availability of reliable and up-to-date information for various departments. **Responsibilities** * Receipt, classification, and physical/digital archiving of documents. * Control and updating of document databases. * Preparation of tracking and control reports. * Support for internal and external audits. * Custody and protection of confidential information. * Coordination with various departments for document delivery and receipt. **Requirements** * Education: Technical or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Archival Science, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in document control or archives. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and document management systems. * **Preference:** Experience using the **PROCORE** system. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability. **Schedule** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Salary: $11,074.02 - $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
