




At Soleman, a leading Mexican company in the sale of fish and seafood, we are looking for a Branch Manager who is responsible, with experience in personnel management and customer service, to lead the operation of our branch in Ezequiel Montes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the overall operation of the branch * Coordinate staff and ensure sales targets are met * Manage inventories, orders, and product inflows/outflows * Handle cash and perform cash register audits * Ensure proper customer service and point-of-sale presentation * Report incidents and results to the administrative department **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree (preferably in administration, accounting, or related field). * Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or branch administration * Must reside in Ezequiel Montes or nearby areas * Basic knowledge of Excel and administrative reports * Leadership, responsibility, and results-oriented **We Offer:** * Base salary $10,000 + $2,000 bonus * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Product discounts * Job stability and a positive work environment Job type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount Workplace: On-site
