A major financial group, it is a Mexican financial institution offering products and services focused on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Its model combines fintech with traditional banking operations, providing loans, digital accounts, and investment services through a digital platform. We are currently seeking an IMSS Intern under the Government Program "Young People Building the Future", to directly support the IMSS Coordinator with the goal of delivering improved service and follow-up on employee procedures. **KEY POINTS** \-The program targets youth aged 18 to 29. \-Applicants must currently be neither studying nor employed. (Important) \-Must have studied accounting or administration. \-Duration is strictly one year (with high possibility of direct continued employment at Kapital) \-Optional medical insurance is provided. \-Part-time position \-Monthly stipend (paid by the government) **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Prepare employer letters for IMSS, INFONAVIT, visas, scholarships, loans, daycare, and maternity disability transfer forms upon employee request to facilitate their procedures. · Download INFONAVIT retention, suspension, and modification notices from the INFONAVIT portal upon employee request for their loan applications. · Email IMSS registration acknowledgments to employees so they may complete their registration at their respective clinics. · Archive documentation related to ID cards and payments, employer letters, and employer clarifications. · Monitor disabilities and workplace risks to ensure proper control and application, as well as inform and coordinate lactation leave permissions. · Download digital tax receipts from the IMSS and INFONAVIT portals for recordkeeping and verification of payments made to both institutions. · Check daily submissions via the IDSE platform (IMSS from your company) to identify rejections; ensure timely and accurate processing of submissions and update the Excel tracking sheet for all IMSS submissions. · Follow up on pending employee terminations not yet requested by the relevant department, aiming to prevent untimely terminations that could incur additional costs for the company. · Search for IMSS registration and termination acknowledgments, social security payment records for labor litigation, and IMSS requests. **If you are interested and meet the requirements, please apply through this channel.** **I will contact you as soon as possible; please ensure you remain available via phone and/or email.** Salary: Starting at $500\.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
