Education and Experience* Automotive, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum three years of experience in the automotive sector: dealership, leasing company, or as a fleet administrator. * Two years of experience in customer service-related roles, such as maintenance advisor at a dealership or automotive workshop. * Strong customer service orientation. * English proficiency: 50%.
