Significant impact on clients, society, and the planet **Date:** May 20, 2026 **Location:** Mexico City, Mexico **Company:** deloittemx **What does a typical day in this role look like?** As a Project Assistant, you will be responsible for conceptualizing/planning Talent initiatives, developing and tracking work plans, preparing various departmental metrics, administering organizational climate and development surveys, and coordinating and implementing Talent programs and initiatives. You will work in a dynamic and enriching environment alongside people from diverse cultures, perspectives, specialties, and areas of expertise.
