At VIMIFOS, we seek an organized, analytical, and committed professional to join our Corporate Controller’s Office. **Position Objective** Ensure accurate recording, control, and accounting analysis of operations related to payroll, savings funds, pensions, and tax obligations, contributing to the organization’s financial and administrative compliance. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting. * Minimum 1 year of experience in general accounting, payroll, or related areas. * Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency. * Knowledge of accruals, amortizations, taxes, and accounting entries. * Easy access to El Salto, Jalisco. * Organization, analytical ability, and attention to detail. **Main Responsibilities** * Maintain accounting records for payroll operations across various group companies. * Record accounting entries for payments, taxes, accruals, and amortizations. * Administer accounting for savings funds, savings accounts, and pensions. * Coordinate and deliver accounting documentation to SOFOMES and business units. * Support physical inventory counts. * Monitor investments related to savings funds and pensions. * Provide payroll support for vacation coverage and contingencies. * Coordinate financial information with various administrative and accounting departments.
