Opportunity for development and continuous improvement in the process A prominent company undergoing expansion is seeking candidates for its Central Zone location in Monterrey. **Pre-Owned Car Salesperson** **Requirements:** * 5 years of experience in car sales * Degree in Engineering, Bachelor's, Accounting, or related field / Technical degree * Valid driver's license **Main Responsibilities:** * Prospect customers * Manage sales via business platform * Continuously improve the sales process * Provide after-sales support and service * Handle documentation before, during, and after sale * Assist in evaluating vehicles on the lot **Skills:** * Commitment * Results-oriented * Customer-focused * Strong verbal communication skills * Responsible **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * CRM system experience * Advanced Excel skills **We Offer:** * Base salary between $18,000 to $25,000 MXN per month + commissions. *(Commissions are uncapped.)* * Statutory benefits * Weekly payroll * Working hours: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM, and Saturdays 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM *(with 1-hour lunch break Mon–Fri.)* * Location: Monterrey, N.L.
