Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for LX Pantos in Mexico, responsible for leading teams and managing efficient logistics operations for strategic customers. Key Highlights: 1. In Mexico, we collaborate directly with strategic customers such as LG Electronics, delivering efficient and innovative solutions. **Warehouse Supervisor.** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's Degree / Engineer (Completed). * English: Intermediate or Advanced (Ability to hold conversations in English is desirable). * Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations. * Availability for overtime. **Knowledge & Skills:** * Personnel and team management (not large-scale; 10–20 people) * Experience as a Warehouse Leader/Supervisor * Inventory management * Order picking control * Warehouse return handling * Documentation control for shipments and exports * Coordination of shipment scheduling * Material storage and order picking * Generation of inbound and outbound reports **Offer Includes:** * Salary based on years of experience (MXN 19,000–23,000 gross monthly). * Statutory and above-statutory benefits: 20-day Christmas bonus, 8% Savings Fund, Major Medical Expense Insurance, Grocery Vouchers (MXN 1,000), Food Allowance (MXN 1,500), Statutory Vacation, Statutory Vacation Bonus, Support for life events (birth, death, marriage), Language study support (English or Korean). * On-site working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (availability for overtime required). * Location: Calle Septima #840 B, Parque Industrial Monterrey, Apodaca, NL.
