**100% Mexican Manufacturing Company (Copacker) specializing in industrial packaging and repackaging, focused on assembling consumer product offers.** TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND USER SUPPORT TSU Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technologies, or related field 26 to 38 years old GENDER\- INDIFFERENT SALARY FROM $3,000 TO $4,000 WEEKLY, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE WORK SCHEDULE 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Saturday) EXPERIENCE Minimum 1 year: Experience in technical support and user assistance. Equipment and basic network maintenance handling. Management of technology inventories and suppliers. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES · Provide on-site and remote technical support to users. · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. · Configure and install equipment, printers, email accounts, and network access. · Manage inventory of equipment, peripherals, and consumables. · Manage data backups and perform basic server administration. · Monitor and follow up on internet, printer, and other technology service failures. · Coordinate user support and issue tracking with technology vendors. · Administer users, software licenses, and internal system access. · Prepare administrative controls, purchase requisitions, and billing follow-up for the department. · Train users on proper use of technological tools and equipment. · Record and track continuous improvements for the systems department.
