We foster a culture that promotes the safety of our employees, contractors, and communities. **Responsibilities** -------------------- * Responsible for coordinating, together with Fulfillment Analysts, the optimal planning of production and order dispatch operations to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements, as well as the best alignment and balancing of production and loading loads across production and loading centers. * Also responsible for coordinating with the Production or Inventory Supervisor to ensure advance availability of required inventories to meet production and sales requirements, including coordinating inventory reviews and supply requests in collaboration with this supervisor. Likewise, responsible for timely reporting to the Site Manager on potential limitations or risks of raw material shortages, enabling procurement or transfers to be coordinated with sufficient lead time to secure supplies ahead of demand. * Perform daily tasks in accordance with standardized processes and procedures (e.g., creating and tracking orders in SAP, diligently monitoring internal SLAs, and collaborating with key stakeholders such as commercial and global planning, customer service, and transport management for order allocation). * Communicate delivery plans and keep the daily and subsequent days’ loading schedule updated according to the loading capacity of the assigned production center. Furthermore, dispatch planning coordination must occur at least 24 hours in advance to enable operational scheduling. However, when same-day unit scheduling is possible—subject to plant capacity and agreement from the local operations team—schedule units for same-day loading as a special service to customers or Fulfillment Analysts under the MTS model, and lead S\&OE meetings. * One of their core values must be promoting teamwork and achieving synergies across different functions, while being accustomed to using technological tools and communication systems to achieve company objectives. **Profile** ----------- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Logistics/Planning, or Industrial or Process Engineering. 1–3 years of experience (in operations, production, planning, or customer service roles).
