**Main Responsibilities**
* Install and commission medical and computer equipment—including Brains-owned computer systems—at locations designated under Brains’ customer service contracts.
* Perform first-line corrective and preventive maintenance on Brains-owned medical and computer equipment at customer sites, adhering to best practices within the scope of professional competence.
* Deliver training and technical/operational assistance to Brains’ customers on appropriate usage and handling of medical and computer equipment, per manufacturer specifications.
* Install, configure, train users on, and maintain computer systems and applications contracted by Brains’ customers, within the scope of professional competence.
* Monitor and report on the integrity and/or functionality of medical and computer equipment at work centers designated by Brains within the employee’s assigned zone or region.
* Conduct routine inspection, operation, and maintenance of medical equipment, computer equipment, and software applications within the scope of professional competence.
* Attend the worksite and/or healthcare facility in the city where Brains maintains a commercial relationship with the customer to perform technically competent tasks.
* Diagnose, request, track, install, and monitor spare parts, accessories, or software updates resulting from corrective maintenance activities.
* Prepare service orders, consumption reports, logbooks, procedure sheets, technical/administrative reports, or any other documentation related to performed work to demonstrate productivity and billing evidence.
* Collect, transport, install, manage, and assign accessories, consumables, spare parts, or administrative documentation assigned to the employee.
* Compile, review, and submit all documentation required for monthly billing of Brains’ customers to relevant authorities.
* Apply all professional knowledge and best practices within the scope of occupational competence.
* Safeguard assigned tools or financial resources with strict responsibility and care while performing job duties.
* Support warehouse inventory processes to identify medical equipment, computer equipment, tools, components, accessories, and spare parts.
* Actively support and participate in public tenders where the company participates, contributing indicated technical and professional expertise, as well as preparing and referencing necessary technical and administrative documents.
* Apply and monitor applicable national and international regulations governing the use and handling of medical equipment, computer equipment, and software under the scope of professional competence.
* Support the management and delivery of information, reports, or documentation requested by colleagues from Brains’ Administration, Commercial, Legal, and Operations departments.
