Our objective is to guarantee the peace of mind and security of both our patients and staff; therefore, we seek a professional committed to the values of security and customer service. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Access control: Conduct active surveillance and control hospital entrances and exits, ensuring only authorized individuals may enter. \- Inspections: Perform visual inspections of objects and belongings carried by individuals entering or exiting the hospital to detect any prohibited items or materials. \- Patrols: Conduct regular patrols throughout the facility, verifying that everything is in order and reporting any anomalies or potential risks. \- Logbook management: Maintain detailed records of entries, exits, incidents, and any other relevant events occurring during the shift. \- Reporting: Prepare clear and accurate reports of all incidents or irregularities detected during the shift, notifying the appropriate supervisor. \- Facility protection: Safeguard the integrity and security of facilities and equipment, preventing possible damage or theft. \- Customer service: Provide courteous and respectful assistance to individuals requesting information or support at the hospital reception. \- Conflict resolution: Effectively manage conflicts or tense situations that may arise within the hospital setting, maintaining composure and acting professionally at all times. **Requirements:** \- Secondary school or high school diploma with certificate \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in security-related duties \- Demonstrated interpersonal and public-facing communication skills \- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays \- Ability to work effectively as part of a team **We Offer:** \- Base salary \- Statutory benefits \- Grocery vouchers \- Punctuality bonus \- Savings fund \- Savings box **If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your resume.
