Dream big and create the future of mobility at Magna Powertrain.**Job Responsibilities:** **Position Objective:** Plan, optimize, and expedite the procurement, contracting, and leasing of goods and services related to materials and to fulfill activities agreed upon by the PC\&L team, securing the best quality and price conditions. **Knowledge Requirements:** Mandatory experience using SAP; knowledge of domestic and international suppliers; commercial experience with suppliers; understanding of cost structures. **Experience Requirements:** Minimum two years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry. **Skills:** * Leadership * Project Management * Interpersonal Skills * Teamwork Working under defined time-bound objectives **Requirements:** * Knowledge of supply chain. * English (written and oral skills). * Knowledge of claims handling and warranty application. * Spare parts procurement using Min/Max inventory methods. * Experience with procurement policies and budget management. * Ability to draft contracts and legal documents required for onboarding new suppliers. * Knowledge of and/or experience in fixed asset procurement. * Strong analytical capability to resolve complex problems. * Evidence-based decision making. * Administrative skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of IATF16949/ISO9001 standards. * Familiarity with and/or experience applying customer-specific requirements (as applicable per project). * Incident-free Kardex records. * Minimum two years of tenure with the company. **Education:** * Industrial Engineering / Business Administration / International Trade degree, with professional title and license. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related field, with professional title and license. **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
