Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA), Lean Manufacturing, MTM\-UAS, ergonomics (REBA/RULA/OWAS), process simulation (Delmia), and 8D methodology. Experience with line balancing, continuous improvement, and automotive manufacturing processes is preferred.
