The selected candidate will play a key role in protecting and promoting the health of all our employees, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and fostering a safe and healthy work environment. **Key Responsibilities:** Conduct initial, periodic, and exit medical evaluations. Diagnose and treat conditions related to the work environment. Design and implement prevention and wellness programs. Collaborate with Human Capital and other teams on comprehensive health strategies. Advise on ergonomics and workplace injury prevention. Maintain up-to-date medical records, ensuring confidentiality. Ensure compliance with current occupational health regulations. **Candidate Profile:** Medical degree with specialization in Occupational Medicine or related field. Valid Professional License. Prior experience in occupational health or workplace settings (preferred). Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
