Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Labor Lawyer to advise on and follow up on legal matters related to personnel, ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Preventing legal contingencies and ensuring compliance We are looking for an experienced Labor Lawyer with verifiable experience to provide legal advice and follow-up on labor law matters, supporting the company in preventing and addressing legal issues related to personnel. **Employment Modality:** * Provision of professional services * RFC registration is mandatory, and ability to issue invoices * Monthly income: $15,000 MXN **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Law (graduated) * Valid professional license * Minimum 2 years of experience in labor law * Knowledge of: * Federal Labor Law * Drafting and reviewing employment contracts * Internal regulations * Administrative minutes * Employment terminations and final settlements (finiquitos) * Handling lawsuits and conciliations before the Conciliation Center and Labor Tribunals * Excellent legal writing and juridical analysis skills * Organization, discretion, and sense of urgency **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide legal advice on labor matters * Draft and review employment contracts, agreements, and internal documents * Support staff termination processes * Follow up on labor conciliations and litigation * Prevent legal contingencies and ensure compliance with current regulations * Represent the company before labor authorities when necessary **We Offer:** * Monthly fee payment of $15,000 MXN * Continuous collaboration with a growing company * Professional and dynamic work environment Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing Work Location: On-site employment
