inter EMPLEOS is looking for a **Human Resources Coordinator** to join an important boutique firm specializing in Information Technology Law, Data Protection, Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Corporate Consulting, based in Mexico City. We seek a candidate with an outstanding service attitude, courteous demeanor, excellent communication skills, active listening ability, and highly developed interpersonal skills, as they will serve as a key liaison between General Management and the firm’s staff.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (degree certificate and professional license required).
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in similar positions within private-sector companies.
**Solid knowledge of:**
* Payroll and payroll incidents
* Labor relations
* Occupational safety and hygiene
* Personnel administration
* Federal Labor Law
* NOM-035 and NOM-037
* Social security
* Handling labor inspections
* Civil protection
* Workplace climate and organizational development
* Experience implementing and monitoring policies, protocols, and internal compliance.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.
* Intermediate English proficiency preferred.
* Excellent spelling and professional presentation.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Implement and monitor internal policies and organizational protocols.
* Administer and update personnel files.
* Manage payroll incidents, vacations, leaves of absence, and payroll processing.
* Coordinate training programs and organizational development initiatives.
* Address and mediate labor conflicts.
* Manage workplace climate and organizational well-being.
* Draft and monitor employment contracts, administrative minutes, employee terminations, and labor proceedings.
* Coordinate team-building events and organizational culture activities.
* Maintain constant communication with General Management and staff.

**Location:**
* Roma Sur, Cuauhtémoc, CDMX (Near Metrobús Nuevo León, Metro Chilpancingo, and Dalinde Hospital).
**Work Modality:**
* 100% on-site | Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
**Salary:**
* $22,000 to $28,000 MXN net monthly + Statutory benefits (additional benefits upon completion of 3 months).
