We are currently seeking a **MANAGER** to join our team. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and management capabilities. **Responsibilities:** * **License and Authorization Management:** Process and track all required licenses and authorizations with municipal, state, and federal authorities. This covers the entire construction project lifecycle—from initiation through full continuity—ensuring regulatory compliance at every stage. * **Feasibility and Project Acquisition:** Request and obtain feasibility studies, as well as agreements and detailed project plans for connecting essential utility services such as water, electricity, and gas.
