Job Summary: Support warehouse operations and customer service, including merchandise arrangement, restocking, labeling, inventory management, and customer guidance. Key Highlights: 1. Merchandise assortment and restocking 2. Inventory support and product rotation 3. Basic customer service and guidance **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES** **Operational** Arrange and assort merchandise. Timely restocking on shelves/racks. Unloading and receiving under supervision. Labeling and price verification. Support for cyclic and general inventories. Merchandise rotation (FIFO). Cleaning of assigned areas. **Customer Service** Provide basic guidance on product location. Route technical inquiries. Assist with packaging. And generally, all analogous duties or those assigned by the immediate supervisor based on the nature of the position.
