**American Smartrucks is a company dedicated to the sale of truck and tractor-trailer parts.** **Requirements:** * Completed high school or equivalent * Responsible, proactive, committed, good communication skills, attention to detail, and organized * Internal and external service-oriented attitude * Must reside near the area * Verifiable experience as a Warehouse Assistant * Age 30 to 45 years **Location.** **Michel Faraday #13, Complejo Industrial Cuamatla, Cuautitlán Izcalli, México C.P. 54730** **Benefits:** * Base salary: $12,000 net per month * Attendance bonus: $800 net per month * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation premium, 15-day Christmas bonus, profit-sharing) * Biweekly payroll – Santander payroll system * Uniforms * Training programs * Professional development and growth opportunities * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (one-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. **Responsibilities:** **· Attention to detail and thoroughness:** Ability to detect minimal variations in codes or packaging. · **Adherence to standards and procedures:** Discipline to follow every step of the inspection protocol without omission. **· Integrity and honesty:** Ethical, incorruptible profile when handling company assets. · **Assertive communication:** Ability to promptly and clearly report incidents to warehouse staff and management. · **Working under pressure:** Tolerance for the dynamic pace of loading and unloading zones. · Ability to work in a warehouse environment, perform frequent walking tours, and provide minor assistance with stacking/visual arrangement if required. · **Mandatory use of PPE:** Safety boots with steel toe caps, reflective vest, and helmet within the warehouse operational area.
