**Main Responsibilities:** Create and design buildings and structures. Design renovation plans for existing buildings and structures. **Specific Responsibilities:** * Preparation of executive projects for industrial and logistics constructions. * Preparation of drawings in DWG and Revit, quantity take-offs, reports, and descriptive technical specifications. * Architectural design, engineering, interior design, and finishes. * Identify and address priorities according to the requirements of various projects. * Plotting of drawings, printing of documents, and delivery of information. * Support the cost department in performing volumetric calculations when required. * Client communication and attendance at project development meetings. * Coordination of information in Revit and Navisworks. * Identification of possible inconsistencies or omissions in the project to be executed. **We require a minimum of 2 years’ prior experience working on industrial warehouse projects.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $19,000\.00 \- $21,000\.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Willingness to travel: * 75 % (Desirable) Work location: On the road
