Industrial Mechanical Engineering, Administration, or related degree **What you’ll be doing:** * Report daily to the Maintenance & Facilities Manager on activities not performed by guards during their respective shifts. * Daily online review of the camera system and retrieval of prior recordings. * Generate daily shift incident reports (day, afternoon, night). * Accompany and follow up with authorities during official visits (SAT, FDA, SHCP, Municipal Government, etc.). * Evaluate and propose improvements for the plant’s perimeter, courtyards, and outdoor areas. **What you’ll bring:** * Strategic Planning * Decision Making * Problem Analysis and Resolution **Equal Employment Opportunity** Baxter is an equal opportunity employer.
