LOCATION: Iztapalapa, Mexico City (on-site) SALARY: $18,000 MXN gross monthly WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time ABOUT US We are a company dedicated to food logistics and distribution, with established operations in CDMX. We seek committed talent eager to grow within a team that combines food industry experience with the use of technology and Artificial Intelligence in its processes. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare and track purchase orders for supplies, materials, and services. * Request and compare quotations from domestic suppliers. * Support price, quality, and delivery time negotiations. * Maintain updated supplier catalog and database. * Support inventory control and coordinate with warehouse and operations teams. * Use Artificial Intelligence tools for supplier search, price comparisons, and report generation. * Verify that procured products comply with food industry regulations. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field (completed or final semesters). * 1 year of procurement or supply chain experience (preferably in the food industry or logistics). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of or interest in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or others). * Strong negotiation, organizational, and effective communication skills. * Availability to work on-site in Iztapalapa, CDMX.
