Job Summary: ATS is seeking a Buyer with MRO experience to manage bilingual communication with internal clients, negotiation with international suppliers, and sourcing of new suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Bilingual contact and communication with internal clients. 2. Negotiation and follow-up with international and local suppliers. 3.
