Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** We are looking for a **Warehouse Assistant** to temporarily join a specialized project within operations, providing key support in product control activities, validation of incoming and outgoing goods, assembly of contract manufacturing orders (maquilas), and document management. This position is critical to ensuring smooth operational execution of the warehouse during the project, guaranteeing order, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards and established timelines. **Your Impact** As a Warehouse Assistant, your responsibilities would include: 1\. Certify daily load assembly for the sales team and verify signatures. 2\. Product destruction, shrinkage/defectives handling, and documentation. 3\. Daily total Q consolidation. 4\. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. 5\. Assemble maquilas or promotions per the commercial team’s request. 6\. Execute requests for additional orders and/or distribution of slow-moving products. 7\. Receive sales orders and ensure timely and accurate order assembly under the supervision of the warehouse clerk. 8\. Execute preventive product rotation to avoid obsolete stock. 9\. Conduct floor-level cycle counts to reduce inventory discrepancies and ensure documentation of each finding and result. 10\. Ensure/execute warehouse inbound and outbound transactions, documenting all activity. 11\. Receive and classify DevQ both on the floor and in the system. 12\. Perform daily shipment unloading and maintain supporting documentation for any adjustments, ensuring specialized service personnel carry out their core tasks. 13\. Receive cardboard from sales representatives and send it to the plant. 14\. Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with established safety and quality best practices, aiming to meet business KPIs: Fill Rate (FR), Out-of-Stock (OOS), People, Quality, Safety, etc. Qualifications: **Who Are We Looking For?** * Technical degree. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Experience using warehouse management systems. * Experience handling food/consumer goods (preferred). * Knowledge of operational, safety, and quality standards to implement best practices in secondary warehouses.
