Responsible for leading the warehouse area while meeting organizational objectives and those agreed upon with the client, ensuring the management and implementation of operational processes. Promotes identification of needs and continuous improvement to foster an environment of operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure all physical movements (receipts, shipments, returns, transfers, etc.) are accurately reflected in the system. * Respond to and follow up on operational issues affecting customer service. * + Ensure inventory accuracy by maintaining a confidence level of 99.8%. + Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to define operational requirements and ensure implementation of new strategies and initiatives to meet or exceed customer expectations. + Monitor monthly metrics (Dashboard), generate operational reports, and participate in client performance review meetings. + Generate billing reports for clients to ensure proper collections processing. **Requirements:** * Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred. * Minimum five years of experience in supervisory roles within Distribution Centers. * Knowledge of Inbound / Shipping processes. * Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and macros). * WMS or ERP experience preferred. * Advanced English proficiency preferred. **GXO Logistics** is an equal opportunity employer for candidates seeking to join our team.
