Position Summary: Leads the comprehensive national store management, supervising commercial operations and team development to ensure profitability and excellence. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures profitability and compliance with corporate standards. **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Ensure comprehensive national store management, guaranteeing compliance with corporate standards, policies, processes, and procedures. Lead the execution of commercial and operational plans focused on profitability through appropriate management of pricing, inventory, merchandising, store image, and layout. Supervise the opening of new stores and the renovation of existing ones. Direct and develop work teams, promoting continuous improvement strategies in customer service. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead national commercial, operational, logistics, and human talent management for stores. * Manage teams of over 60 employees. * Guarantee achievement of sales budget and exercise control over its execution. * Supervise operational expenses, maintenance, and fixed assets. * Conduct rigorous inventory tracking. * Optimize resources to ensure efficiency and cost reduction. * Promote a positive work environment aligned with organizational culture. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS** * Participate in defining and optimizing the staffing structure for each store. * Support recruitment and hiring processes. * Train leaders and supervisors on corporate processes and standards. * Monitor store performance nationwide. * Supervise inventory audits. * Timely communicate changes in policies and procedures. * Ensure proper receipt, control, and display of merchandise. **POSITION REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in similar positions within the retail sector, leading work teams and managing commercial strategies, customer service, marketing plans, innovation, and store improvement. Solid experience in data analysis and data-driven decision-making. **LANGUAGES** Intermediate English (spoken, written, and comprehension).
