Responsible for accurately entering information into operational management systems, ensuring data integrity and availability for operational decision-making, as well as managing information provided to customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain up-to-date customer product information in the SAP system, aligned with incoming shipments and loads for the account. * Generate weekly inventory reports from the SAP system for physical material validation—either for replenishment or order fulfillment. * Generate shipping labels (dispatch guides) for internal transfers or delivery to end customers. * Track orders and communicate any deviations or discrepancies related to shipments. * Prepare arrival reports for customer review. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. * Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative warehousing processes: data entry, shipment tracking. * Experience serving clients in the electronics sector. * Advanced Excel skills (formulas and pivot tables). * WMS experience is desirable. **GXO Logistics** is an equal opportunity employer for candidates seeking to join our team.
