We are looking to bring on board a **Sales Development Representative for the Commercial Team**. **Job Objective:** Be the spark that ignites opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises. Execute the defined commercial strategy to close deals with companies having a headcount between 100 and 1,000 employees. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify and prospect target companies within specific market segments. * Qualify leads using strategic questions to identify needs and level of interest. * Initiate initial contact with prospects via calls, emails, and personalized messages. * Transfer qualified leads to the sales team (Account Executives) in an organized and effective manner. * Keep the CRM updated with key information about prospects and activities performed. * Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates and achieve shared goals. **General Activities:** * Building prospecting databases, cold outreach, and integrating prospecting lists. * Identifying new companies within the assigned territory. * Lead qualification. * Contacting prospects until reaching the decision-maker. * Delivering the initial presentation of TotalPass services. * Interacting with and assigning leads to the commercial executive. * Updating the commercial CRM to ensure visibility for the team. **General Requirements:** * 1–2 years of experience (B2B) in fully outbound, hunter-style processes. * Experience in prospecting and sales. * Thorough understanding of prospecting and negotiation techniques. * Ability to search for and generate leads. * Proficiency in Excel. * Familiarity with platforms such as Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, and CRM management. * Startup experience and proficiency in the SPIN methodology (mandatory). **Soft Skills:** * Strategic and operational decision-making. * Negotiation skills. * Customer orientation and relationship management capability. * Leadership and team motivation ability. * Innovation and conflict management. * Sense of urgency and accountability (ownership). **Hard Skills:** * Knowledge of marketing, sales, and commercial management. * Data analysis and reporting. * Team management and leadership. **Benefits:** * Direct employment with the company from day one. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * TotalPass membership granting access to over 7,000 locations. * Grocery vouchers. * 15 vacation days. * 5 additional rest days. * Birthday Day Off. * Tiered year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Extended maternity or paternity leave days. * Commissions + Bonus. * Payroll advance platform. * Partner discounts. * Hybrid work arrangement (4 days in-office, 1 day remote).
